Erin Wiley is a leading event manager and strategic planning consultant and is a proud advisor for Women in Tech. Since launching Wiley Ideas in 2014 she has worked with clients including the ACLU, Facebook, SEIA, Georgetown University, the Small Business Administration, and Rightscon. She has worked on fundraising/partnerships, conference planning, virtual events and galas of up to 3,000 attendees. 

Before launching Wiley Ideas, Erin was a founding member and Vice President of Global Entrepreneurship Week and the Global Entrepreneurship Congress where she successfully managed national and international conferences of up to 4,000 attendees in the United States, China, Brazil, the United Kingdom, UAE, and Russia. Erin was also responsible for securing and maintaining over $2 million in sponsorships for GEW events from organizations such as NYSE, Dell, Ernst & Young, IBM and the United States State Department.

On the policy strategy side, Erin has organized conference programming on a range of policy issues including: entrepreneurial growth and economic development; health care and genetics; renewable energy; education; and workforce development.

Erin completed a Masters in Political Management at The George Washington University and is a proud leader of the DC University of Oklahoma Alumni Association, receiving the Regents Award from the University of Oklahoma for her work on mentorship and leadership in the DC area.
